| The founder of Ngee Teck Huat Group, Mr Pua Chon Teck has been planting and supplying fresh vegetables to Singapore and Malaysia since the year 1995. |

| Ngee Teck Huat Group began with 10 employees and 10 acres of land. In 2005, the company leased a shop lot to process vegetable packaging. Years of booming business led Ngee Teck Huat Group to purchase a medium-sized factory in 2014 to serve as its base of operations. In the same year, the company acquired packing machines to improve its efficiency and grow its business. By 2021, Ngee Teck Huat Group would acquire the land needed to build a semi-large-sized factory, which would be equipped with automated vegetable packaging equipment, manned by more than 200 trained workers and systematically managed. |

| Since its establishment, Ngee Teck Huat Group has been committed to supplying the market with fresh and high-quality vegetables—with the founder, Mr Pua Chon Teck, personally managing the farm. He is constantly seeking ways to improve the planting technology and developing new plans to ensure excellent vegetable quality and be true to our motto of delivering vegetables right from the source directly to shelves. |

Vegetable Farming Equipment and Management

| At Ngee Teck Huat Group’s plantation, the vegetables are protected with netting that arrests rainwater erosion to prevent certain disease and the contamination of the vegetables, thus increasing the crop yields of the vegetable. The Group manages its plantations according to Malaysian Good Agricultural Practice (MyGap) standards. |

Cold Chain Management System

| Ngee Teck Huat Group takes full advantage of vacuum pre-cooling technologies where freshly harvested vegetables are pre-cooled, transferred into cold-room or packaging department. Upon harvesting or packaging, our specialized refrigerated truck will deliver the product fresh to major supermarkets/markets in Singapore and Johor. All processes are strictly carried according to Cold-Chain Management System and Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards to ensure vegetables are fresh and safe for consumption. |

| The Ngee Teck Huat Group has more than 25 years of farming experience, operates over 200 acres of vegetable farms and employs more than 250 people in its group. Our farms produce an average of 20 tons of vegetables per day.
